A private Calm Waves Hypnobirthing course in the comfort of your own home!   

 

A private Hypnobirthing course is on a “one-to-one” basis and can take place in the comfort and familiarity of your own home, or if you would prefer, it can take place in my home. The course consists of 5 sessions of 2.5 hours each, over a 5 week period (or more or less if you prefer). We can be flexible and you can choose dates and times to suit you.

There are many benefits to arranging a private course with me.  The course can be totally adapted to meet your individual needs and requirements.  We can explore your feelings around the birth options available to you, your fears, worries, concerns, in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

 

The price is € 750 and includes:

 

• Approximately 12 hours of tuition

• Hypnosis, relaxation and affirmation audio file MP3s

• Parent handbook & hypnosis scripts

• Telephone/email/text support before, during and after your baby's birth

• My travel to your home (within 8km of Amstelveen is included.  If you live further than 8km away, then please contact me for a quote)
